The Traveling Mud Scraper (also known as a Traveling Suction Dredger) operates on steel rails spanning across sedimentation tanks. Supported at four points, it travels from one end to the other, suctioning sludge as it moves. Upon reaching the travel limit switch, it reverses direction and continues suctioning on the return trip, completing a full working cycle. The equipment features compact structure, reliable operation, and includes automatic control with overload protection systems.

No. Operation requires complete thawing or mechanical breaking of ice on the water surface before use.

Yes. Maintain 10-20mm distance from suction nozzle to pool bottom. Ensure smooth pool bottom and prevent hard debris like bricks from entering to avoid nozzle blockage or damage.
