The LHJ Vertical Circulating Mixer is a new-generation equipment designed for large-area and deep square or round tanks. By upgrading the traditional horizontal design to a vertical circulation structure, it offers superior efficiency, wider coverage, and high versatility. Working Principle

The LHJ mixer features a high-displacement propeller impeller. Driven by a submersible motor, it sprays fluid radially from the tank bottom to form a circular main flow, inducing large-scale 3D circulation. This mechanism keeps sludge in suspension, maximizes phase contact, and eliminates dead zones. The resulting gentle, uniform mixing significantly enhances anaerobic treatment efficiency.

Installation & Operation Guidelines
  1. Inspection & Fastening: Check for damage during transport/storage. Ensure all fasteners are tight and none have fallen off.
  2. Oil Chamber: Verify that the submersible motor oil chamber is filled with high-quality oil.
  3. Power Supply: Rated 380V±5%, 50Hz±1%. Verify power safety, reliability, and grounding markings before startup.
  4. Cable Specifications: Use YZW 4-core rubber-sheathed cable (15m YCW standard). Protect cable heads from water/rain. Never use cables for lifting.
  5. Environment Limits: Do not use in flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or combustible liquid environments.
  6. Insulation Resistance: Must be >50MΩ. If <2MΩ, a full overhaul is required. Ensure grounding is secure and reliable.
  7. Sealing Check: Inspect cable jacket and inlet seals for cracks or breaks before submersion to prevent leakage.
  8. Rotation Direction: Must be counter-clockwise (CCW) from the inlet view. To reverse, swap any two of the three power leads.
  9. Protection System: Use of our dedicated control cabinet is recommended. It provides alarms/protection for overheating, oil leakage, overload, phase loss, and short circuits.
  10. Debris Prevention: Prevent plastic bags, wires, and sticks from entering the tank to avoid impeller entanglement.
  11. Monitoring: Regularly check for operational stability, abnormal noise, and current fluctuations. Address any issues immediately.
