QXB Submersible Centrifugal Aerator is designed for wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks and grit chambers, providing efficient oxygenation, mixing, biochemical treatment, and aquaculture aeration.
- High Efficiency: Unique chamber design creates abundant microbubbles for superior oxygen transfer and wide coverage
- No Dead Zones: Horizontal aerated flow scours the tank bottom entirely, eliminating blind spots
- Durable Design: Heavy-duty bearings and air-protected oil-bath seal ensure 24/7 continuous, trouble-free operation
- Quiet Operation: Submerged operation minimizes noise, with optional air intake silencer available
A direct-drive impeller generates centrifugal force to create a vacuum, simultaneously drawing in air and water. These blend in the mixing chamber and are rapidly discharged as a uniform mixture.
The powerful jet shears air into microbubbles. Their slow ascent and strong continuous convection maximize oxygen dissolution, offering significantly higher power and oxygen transfer efficiency than conventional aerators.
- Easy Installation: Positioned by its own weight; can be deployed without stopping plant operations
- Self-Aspirating: Compact design needs no external air source
- Quiet & Compact: Submerged operation saves space and reduces noise
- Cost-Saving: Can be used directly in oxidation ditches, cutting infrastructure costs
- Dual-Function: An independent unit offering simultaneous aeration and mixing
- Customizable Base: The chassis can be tailored to specific user needs
Consists of a submersible pump, mixing chamber, base, air intake pipe, and silencer.
The rotating impeller drives high-speed water into the mixing chamber, creating negative pressure. This draws air from the above-water intake pipe to mix with the water. The mixture is then discharged peripherally to efficiently oxygenate the liquid.
