Designed for high-concentration organic wastewater, this dual-speed unit combines high-speed aeration and low-speed mixing. It operates at depths up to 20m, perfectly replacing traditional aerators.

The SBJ deep-water aerator and mixer is primarily applied in nitrification/denitrification tanks, SBR basins, sludge tanks, oxidation ponds, and other applications requiring simultaneous deep-water aeration and mixing, as well as high oxygen transfer rates.

• Deep-water Operation: Advanced sealing allows depths up to 20m, saving footprint. Extended air retention and stable underwater temperatures ensure high oxygen transfer rates.
• Aeration: Combines air supply with high-speed mixing for efficient oxygenation. The high-speed impeller creates negative pressure for self-aspiration, boosting overall efficiency and enabling simple automated control.
• Mixing: The open, non-clogging impeller automatically switches to low-speed mixing after aeration. It generates a 3-5 m/s flow that creates underwater circulation, effectively preventing solids from settling.
• Installation: Positioned by its own weight, it requires no auxiliary accessories. Fast hoisting and installation can be done without draining the tank or halting operations.
