The Inverted Umbrella Vertical Surface Aerator is a low-speed surface aeration equipment specifically engineered for industrial wastewater and municipal sewage treatment processes. Driven by a parallel vertical shaft reduction mechanism, it rotates a high-strength bottom inverted umbrella impeller to spirally lift sewage and sludge along the inverted cone.
The rising sewage carries the surrounding water and is forcefully thrown out from the impeller's edge, creating a hydraulic jump that engulfs massive amounts of air for highly efficient oxygenation. Simultaneously, the impeller's lifting and pushing action drives the water to circulate forward in a spiral pattern within the oxidation ditch, keeping the activated sludge mixture completely suspended.
