The GH Pipeline Mixer (Tubular Static Mixer) is specialized chemical dosing and mixing equipment designed for tap water plants and sewage treatment facilities. This innovative equipment ensures thorough and even mixing of chemicals with raw water through an efficient static mixing process.
How It Works
The interior features multiple fixed spiral blades with 180° twists, where adjacent blades rotate in opposite directions and are staggered by 90°. As raw water and chemicals flow through these fixed elements, they undergo multiple divisions, cuts, forward/reverse swirling motions, and cross-mixing, creating strong turbulence that ensures excellent mixing efficiency.
