Waterwheel aerators are designed for aquaculture, river/lake oxygenation, and water quality improvement. They oxygenate and circulate water to purify it, support bottom organism growth, and reduce sediment accumulation.
Two rectangular pontoons provide buoyancy while a motor drives a vertical middle impeller to generate water waves for effective oxygenation.
- Lightweight construction with simple structure, low cost, and excellent oxygenation for shallow ponds
- Strong middle and upper layer propulsion/mixing capabilities with optimal oxygen-water contact and high oxygenation efficiency
- Multiple units in a pond create directional water flow throughout the entire water body
- Shaft-impeller integrated design for faster assembly and higher stability
- Shaft construction using engineering plastic + stainless steel tube for enhanced strength and longer service life
- Integrally molded shaft & moving head for superior fit
- Corrosion-resistant and rust-proof construction
- High ductility with excellent shock absorption properties
- Strong construction with corrosion and sun resistance
- Multiple impellers for improved oxygenation
- Stable operation with extended lifespan
- Detachable blades for easy replacement and reduced maintenance time and cost
- Built-in raw material bearings for low friction and power efficiency
- Moderate-hardness bearings to prevent shaft wear
- Impact-resistant construction that resists breaking
- Corrosion and sun resistant with anti-aging properties
- One-piece molding for seamless, waterproof design
- New bearings for extended lifespan
- Precision-designed high-quality gears with carbonitrided tooth surfaces
Before selecting an LU-PSA Push-flow Aerator, it is essential to determine the oxygen demand, surface size, and depth of the water body.
LJ-WHE Waterwheel Aerator is a pumping aerator with multiple models suitable for various water bodies. Functions include oxygen supply control, oxygenation, and water circulation.
Installation of aeration equipment in deep ponds is challenging, while floating waterwheel aerators feature easy installation and are unaffected by water level changes.
- Power supply must be installed by a professional electrician
- Water depth must exceed 0.5 meters
- Pole-mounted: Only equipment and poles visible on water surface
- Anchor-fixed: Only equipment visible on water surface
- Cable-fixed: Only equipment visible on water surface
- Use waterproof cable with movable rubber sheath for power cord
- Check motor rotation direction shortly after power-on and adjust timely if reversed
- Operating water must be free of fibers (metal wires, ropes, plastic bags) to avoid impeller entanglement and inlet blockage
- Equipped with electrical control system - if power cuts off automatically, troubleshoot and fix faults before restarting. No short-circuit startup allowed
