The Inward-Flow Microfilter (also known as a rotary microfilter) is a precision filtration machine specifically engineered for solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater. Its core function is to effectively remove suspended particles larger than 0.2mm from the wastewater.
Operating Principle
During operation, sewage smoothly and evenly flows into the rotating screen cylinder through a buffer inlet. Driven by the rotation of the screen cylinder and the internal slag-guiding spiral, the intercepted debris is continuously discharged from the opposite end, while the filtered clear water exits through the screen gaps, achieving highly efficient and continuous mechanical separation.
