The JT Type Stepped Mesh Panel Screen Cleaner is a specialized water treatment and solid-liquid separation device designed for continuous, automatic interception and removal of variously shaped debris from fluid streams. The equipment features a robust frame housing a transmission mechanism with motor reducer, sprockets, and chains. Multiple independent trapezoidal mesh panels are mounted vertically in a stepped formation, providing evenly distributed filtering holes across their surfaces.
Driven by the motor reducer, the intercepting mesh rotates against the water flow direction to continuously extract fine floating debris from sewage. When the mesh reaches the top discharge port, most solid materials fall off by gravity, while remaining debris is thoroughly removed by a cleaning rotary brush at the rear, ensuring no dirt bypasses the screen.
