The LJ-PSA1500 delivers 1.5 kW of aeration power with an oxygenation capacity of 2.3-2.5 kgO₂/h, making it the most popular choice for medium-scale water treatment projects. With a circulation flow of 450 m³/h and an inductive flow rate of 23,000 m³/h, it provides the ideal balance of performance and efficiency for artificial lakes, medium rivers, and waterfront communities.
The LJ-PSA1.5 uses a high-speed rotating impeller with 3-6 sail-shaped blades to displace water and create air-water mixtures. The impeller shears the mixture into fine dissolved air, with secondary shearing by axial thrust producing an average bubble size of just 1.5 mm. This creates a long gas-water diffusion column that extends contact time and greatly boosts oxygen utilization efficiency compared to conventional aeration methods.
Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and high-strength engineering plastics, the LJ-PSA1.5 is resistant to acid, alkali, and various organic solvents. The spray angle is adjustable within a 60° range, and the installation water depth can be configured to suit specific site conditions.
The floating installation option makes deployment simple even in deep ponds, with the unit remaining unaffected by water level changes. Alternatively, submerged, deep-water, and bank-mounted configurations are available for different site constraints. All installations use a removable rubber-sheathed waterproof power cable with one core reliably grounded to the motor housing.
