Working Principle
The fountain aerator uses a high-performance electric motor to drive the impeller at high speed, lifting lakebed water to the surface and expelling it into the air to form vertical water circulation. The high-speed rotating propeller agitates lake water for oxygen dissolution, while the lifted water contacts air to decompose toxic substances, achieving powerful oxygenation and rapid water quality improvement.
Accelerated vertical circulation fully aerates water, removes organic matter, eliminates stratification, reduces BOD and COD levels, achieves excellent phosphorus and nitrogen removal, and effectively prevents stagnant water from rotting, stinking, and turning black. The powerful spray ensures uniform reoxygenation, increases dissolved oxygen content, balances the aquatic ecosystem, and significantly improves the aquatic environment.
Installation and Operation
- Before installation, check for loose fasteners, damaged cables, reliable grounding, and ensure power supply voltage and frequency match equipment labels
- Electric pump cable connectors must have firm, reliable, smooth wire core joints with tight wrapping free of gaps, wrinkles, dust, or dirt
- Connect switch, check wiring and electrical control configuration, then conduct test run (idling ≤10 minutes) to verify rotation direction matches signage
- Use appropriate power supply located close to pump to prevent voltage drop from long cords that could burn motor during low-voltage operation
- Voltage requirements: 380V three-phase AC and 220V single-phase AC (allowable +5%, maximum +10%); Frequency: 50Hz
