The micro-nano aerator consists of a main unit, dissolved air system, and release system. The pump in the main unit mixes air and water, which dissolves in the dissolved air tank before the release device generates nanobubbles and jets them into water at high speed.
The jet produces mechanical ionization, breaking the colloidal bonds of pollutant clusters and the bonds between pollutants. Simultaneously, active oxygen and oxygen ions oxidize and decompose pollutants to purify water.
Micro-nano bubbles feature water solubility over 85% and supersaturated dissolved oxygen concentration. They remain in water long-term and continuously replenish active oxygen, supplying sufficient oxygen and reaction time for wastewater purification microorganisms. After treatment, dissolved oxygen in water reaches 4 ppm, providing superior self-purification capacity compared to natural water bodies.
Used in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and other fields. Suitable for media with pH value of 6.5-8.0 and medium temperature below 50°C.
- Water outlet pipe connector: Connects hoses/rigid pipes to deliver atomizer's dissolved air water to target treatment area
- Bubble Atomizer: Releases high-pressure dissolved air water, atomizing it into <20μm bubbles to form low-pressure, high-quality dissolved air water
- Atomizer Inspection Valve: Close to maintain clogged atomizer operation
- Pressure tank: Stainless steel construction; converts gas-water mixture into supersaturated high-pressure dissolved air water
- Integrated Two-Phase Flow Dissolved Gas Generator: Submersible motor-driven system that draws air/water, crushes into mixture for pressure tank; coaxial motor/pump head with separate seals prevents liquid entering motor
- Inlet Water Regulating Valve: Adapts to different heights; adjusts air-water ratio with intake valve (initial startup/debugging only)
- Water Inlet Pipe Connector: Uses hoses/rigid pipes (-0.05MPa negative pressure-resistant) to deliver river water to generator
- Intake Control Valve: Adjusts air intake; cooperates with inlet valve for ideal air-water ratio
- Return water pipe: Connects Dissolved Gas Generator to pressure tank
- Air release safety valve: Automatically opens to release pressure when tank pressure exceeds 0.7MPa; manually opened if tank air ratio is too high
- Pressure gauge: Observes pressure inside pressure tank for pressure adjustment
Decomposes and oxidizes all water pollutants, purifies bottom silt, increases dissolved active oxygen, achieves thorough water purification, restores water self-purification capacity, and maintains long-term purified water environment.
Nanobubbles have much higher oxygen transfer rate than ordinary bubbles; under same aeration intensity, micro-nano aerators produce more dissolved oxygen and higher BOD than ordinary systems.
Main equipment is stainless steel, resistant to various corrosive water bodies for long-lasting performance.
Simpler to construct and install than ordinary micro-nano aerators: installable on fixed bridges/floating platforms, floats on water (no foundation required); no machine room, pipes, pumps or valves (no blockage); quiet operation.
- Water with micro-nano oxygen bubbles enhances biological activity. Long-lasting bubbles slowly release gas and continuously supply active oxygen, boosting aerobic microbes, plankton and aquatic life, and accelerating pollutant decomposition in water and sediment.
- High-speed injected micro-nano bubbles ionize wastewater. Hydroxyl radicals from bursting bubbles, together with active oxygen and oxygen ions, oxidize pollutants into non-toxic small-molecule organics.
- Easy to install (requires installation experience); power supply installation must be done by professional electrician
- Water depth between water bottom and motor working area (on water surface) must exceed 1.50 meters
- Assemble nanobubble generator per instructions, place on pool bottom or bank. Set two symmetrical fixing points with expansion bolts, secure generator with cable (connect other end to float), place in proper water position and tighten cable
- Power cord: movable rubber-sheathed waterproof cable, with one core reliably grounded to motor casing
