Application

The SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) process and its modified variants—including ICEAS/IFC, UNITANK, CASS, and MSBR—perform activated sludge treatment in a single reactor through sequential stages: influent filling, aeration, sedimentation, and decanting.

Individual wastewater treatment operations are executed periodically according to a programmed time sequence.

The decanter is specifically designed to discharge clarified supernatant after separation from activated sludge during the sedimentation stage. It is widely used in municipal wastewater treatment and industrial applications such as chemical processing, textile dyeing and printing, food processing, and related industries.

Both decanter types may be equipped with variable-frequency drives and PLC control systems. They support manual and automatic operation, along with cumulative discharge measurement and control.

Upon receiving a control signal, the drive unit activates. For the XBS-1 model, the rotating nut drives the lead screw to descend uniformly, moving the support rod along a predetermined path. For the XBS-2 model, the electric linear actuator directly drives the mechanism.

The collection weir trough lowers at a preset speed, enabling controlled and uniform discharge of clarified supernatant. When decanting is complete, the liquid-level controller sends a lower-limit signal, prompting the motor to reverse and return the collection weir trough to its standby position.
